Quantity: SHOW QTY ON LABEL controls visibility. USE SAVED QTY prints the database quantity. USE MANUAL QTY lets you enter a temporary quantity for the current label without changing the product record.

Camera scan: Tap SCAN WITH CAMERA, allow camera access, and place the complete Data Matrix inside the frame. The system extracts the 9-digit 3000 product number, finds the product, captures the Batch, and rebuilds the Data Matrix automatically.

Damaged code: Type the complete value manually, for example 30003254562226787XX. You may also search with the last five digits, then enter the changing Batch in the temporary Batch field.

Database: Import JSON or CSV. Product number, name, and case quantity are required when adding a product. UPC is optional. Batch is never saved because it changes.

USB write: Chrome or Edge may allow this file to open and write a JSON database directly through the File System Access API. If the browser does not expose that feature, use JSON / CSV backups instead.

Search: Use the last 5 digits, the full 9-digit 3000 product number, UPC, or product name. Barcode scanners that send Enter can search directly.

Data Matrix: Type 1 starts with the 9-digit product number. GS1 / Type 2 is detected when AI 240 contains the product and AI 10 contains the batch. ASCII 29 group separators are preserved when received from the scanner. A leading scanner AIM identifier such as ]d2 is ignored because it is not part of the encoded symbol data.
